How I work

Biography Work
Is a unique way to pause, review and make sense of your life’s journey. Through this work you gain new perspective on your life, its gifts, its challenges and fresh appreciation for the obstacles that brought out your innate strenghts.
If you want to find out the themes, meaning of your existence, the purpose of obstacles and identify what to take forward and what to leave behind then Biography work can help you find answers to your life’s mysteries. It is a learning process with therapeutic side effects.

Depth Coaching
Coaching is a growth and developmental journey. If you are at a crossroads or going through a change, struggling with a decision or a challenging transition coaching can facilitate a shift by bringing clarity and help with choosing the direction that is right for you to move forward in.
As a coach I bring depth to the work by bringing a psycho-spiritual approach to support and challenge you to reflect, get clarity, identify and advance on a path that truly aligns with your heart, your values and your purpose.

Art Therapy
If you are someone who does not feel comfortable with words but still wants to work on your development or overcome some limitations, issues or tendencies then Art Therapy could be for you. A gentle approach that brings awareness, release and acceptance, while inviting us to explore beyond the comfort zone.
Through watercolours on a wet paper you can explore your inner world, express what cannot be spoken expand your awareness and build resilience. No prior expereince or artistic talent is required.
Learn and Grow
What if what’s wrong with me is the wrong question? And the past is not to be healed from but grown out of?
Allow me to explain, I believe we spend a lot of time trying to analyse and get over the past and what it didn’t give us versus looking forward to what we actually got from it and what we want to do with it going forward. How would your strengths have developed if not for the obstacles? Question is how to use the obstacles wisely to understand what it is asking of us? is it asking us to look for a new path, develop new abilities or dig deep to find the strength to push against it? If this makes sense to you then you will find the way I work interesting. What I find works most effectively on this path of curiosity is to take stock of what you have got from your experiences with biography work and then look to the future in coaching to envision what you want to use from it to get to a your desired growth, destination, goal or way of being.
How Coaching can help
Coaching has the ability to transform your secret hope into a reality. Here’s what people have got from the process:

The coaching helped me prioritise things, and as I was able to bring clarity, the consequence of it was unblocking my creativity. Things began to move, flow and I found that very interesting! Very good experience as it makes you bring forth your own solutions for the issues one is facing, of course with the right kind of questions and gentle push given by Natasha.
REENA R YADAV, Artist

I felt truly supported by Natasha, she not only listened to me but more importantly heard me. She helped me articulate what my heart was trying to voice and needed. This gave me direction and steps to take to achieve my goals. I always came out of our sessions with more clarity, a renewed connection of myself and who I am, as well, I also felt lighter energetically than when I came in. I highly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for guidance in navigating any challenges they may be facing whether it be in relationships, work or in life.
NAT MA, Filmmaker

My coaching experience with Natasha provided a surprising amount of self-reflection and discovery in just 6 sessions. Her approach, insightful questions and prompting, helped me to reveal new perspectives and alternative ways of working that are already helping address some challenges at work. I feel better equipped to lead conversations, join collaborations with a spring in my step.
